CHEESE OMELETTE
- First, crack two eggs into a bowl
- Add two tablespoons of milk or water and a little salt and pepper
- Beat the mixture with a fork
- Then you should melt on tablespoons of butter in small frying pan and pour the eggs mixture into the pan.
- Cook on medium-high heat for five minutes
- When the omelette becomes firm on bottom, lay thin slices of chesse on it
- Cook it a minutes longer
- Then fold it
- In half with a spatula
- Finally, carefully remove the omelette from their pan and serve it.
